Natrhnuty bočný kolenny vaz

Dobrý deň.Mam 32r a som dva týždne po úraze luxacia patelly, pri tanci. Úraz sa mi stal už druhý krát za tých istých okolností.Na chirurgii mi nasadili rigidnu ortezu a tri dni na to urobili punkciu (16 ml krv.obsahu). Koleno mám ale aj tak stále opuchnuté a bolestivé, lupe mi v ňom, ohyb je úplne obmedzený, mám pocit "lietajúceho" kolená, že mi ho nič nedrzi.. Pri státí mi opucha aj predkolenie a clenok.. Dnes som problémy zdelila aj na kontrole u ortopeda, ale ten sa vyjadril, že koleno je už OK, že už treba len rehabilitovat a ortezu nenosit, len odlahcovat barlami... Čo ma dosť zarazilo... Prečo už nemám.nosit ortezu, tá mala kolenna mi veľmi fixuje koleno a uľahčuje pohyb,.ktorý je bez nej veľmi bolestivý.. Koleno mám stále opuchnuté a niečo ma v ňom "tlači".. Aký máte Vy názor na ďalší postup? Mam aj robenu MRI pár dní po úraze, tu je záver: Nevýrazná lézia gr.II resp. parc. trhlina MCL Edém med.retinakula a tuk.tkaniva pod retinakulom , perifasciálne okolo m.vastus med. a podkožia ventromed. Minim.synovitída Chondropathia gr.II na med.kondyloch a patellárne Menšia area bone-bruise na dorz.okraji MKT a v LKF Ďakujem vopred za odpoved

přiznám se, že některé zkratky nejsem schopen rozluštit, ale pokud bych takovýto stav řešil ve své ambulanci, doporučil bych Vám a artroskopii kolenního kloubu, kdy bych povolil zevní retinakula pately (vazy, které ji stabilizují na zevní straně) a sešil bych prasklá retinakula na vnitřní straně. Pokud došlo k opakovaným luxacím, je dosti velká pravděpodobnost, že při některých pohybech se bude luxace pately opakovat.

Ďakujem pekne za odpoveď. LCM je bočný vnútorný vaz. LKF lateralne kondyly femuru a MKT mezialne kondyly tibie. Snáď toto ste mysleli? Dnes som navštívila iného ortopeda a ten navrhol 10 dni rigidnu ortezu, potom riadenu Rhb a až po rozhybani kolena sledovať ako sa bude chovat jabĺčko, či bude sa bude javiť ako anatomicmy nesprávne uložené následkom úrazu... Aký máte na to názor?? Retinakula poškodené neboli, aj napriek tomu by ste navrhli artroskopiu? (som zdravotná sestra) Či.na základe recidiv luxacie? Vopred ďakujem za odpoveď...

pro mě je hrozná kombinace zkratek z českých, latických a případně anglických slov. To už je nepřehlednost sama.
Myslím, že postup Vašeho ortopeda je vhodný. Ještě bych doporučil cvičit izometrii svalů už i ve fixaci, aby Vám neubyla svalovina.

Dobrý deň, pred cca 5 rokmi som si roztrhala pri lyžovačke predný kolenný väz. Dala som si to úplne do poriadku po operácii. nemám ani plastiku. ALE, teraz sa mi pošmykla do boku noha (z vnútra von) dot to boli niekde vo vnútri kolena. pohyb rovný ma neboli ani mi to neobmedzuje v chodení , ale pohyby do strán . Chcem sa spýtať, či to vyžaduje návštevu doktora, alebo stačí kludový režim , ortézu a maste? Ďakujem

Vaše koleno jsme neviděl, ale pokud nejsou obtíže velké měla by stačit ortéza a NSA. Pokud se obtíže nebudou lepšit, asi by to chtělo vyšetření lékařem.
